1. Consulting & Development Engagements

Client development and engineering work is covered by a written scope of work with agreed deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.

Code ownership, licenses, and any pre-existing materials used in an engagement will be described in the project agreement.

Pricing is agreed in writing before work begins. Any deposit and payment milestones will be set out in the project agreement.

Any included warranty or support period will be described in the project agreement.
